Reiki is ideal for anyone wanting to release stress, manage pain, release toxins in the body and maintain overall good health. I place my hands above the body and release positive energy into the 7 energy points or as they are called chakras of the body. This positive energy disperses the negative energy and allows the natural healing of the body to begin. Stress, trauma and just aging of the body cause the chakras to sometimes close.  Opening up of these chakras allows energy to flow freely throughout the body and bring it back to its original harmony. I love doing Reiki and helping people to feel better.  I have finally found my niche and I feel very thankful for this wonderful gift.  – Sandy
